The Virginia Relay Partner training video will help you gain a better understanding of what to expect when taking and placing Relay calls. Here, in a straightforward video format, you can experience the steps of a Relay call between a TTY user and business person Please watch the video as many times as you feel necessary to become comfortable with a Relay call.
